You get fast and accurate information about your
Savings, checking or loan accounts any time you
need it. And you can call from home, the office,
even your car,
wherever a touch-tone
phone is available.
FASTBanking is Private
You’ll choose your own personal ID number which
is your account information.
FASTBanking is Easy
Your User ID and a password are
all you need. A recorded voice will guide you
through the voice menus to the information you
need, in English and other languages.
With just one phone call, you can find
out about:
- Account Balance
Inquire on all your account balance, available
funds or your latest deposits.
- Additional Account Information
Get the information you need on posted checks
and deposits,
Electronic transfers, ATM transactions, interest
postings,
Maturity dates and interest rates on loans, CDs
or money
market accounts.
- Specific Check Inquiry
Find out when a specific check cleared, if at
all, and for what amount.
- Tax Information
Receive Information on your 1099
- Receive a Fax
Obtain your checking account summary and
transaction summary since your last statement (provided you
have access to a fax machine).
- There’s More!
When you call, you can have the option of
getting all this Information in various languages!
- Funds Transfer Request
Transfer money from one account to another or
make a loan payment (a visit to your branch is required to
start this feature).
Getting Started Have the following information ready:
- Your Bank Access Code 724
- Your Social Security Number
- The last four digits of one of your
checking, savings,
or loan account numbers.

can help you to locate the last four digits
needed.

Once you activate FastBanking, you will be mailed a User ID to log on with the password that you just created.
Your First Call
FASTBanking will say, “Please enter your
three-digit access code followed by the pound sign.” The pound
key(#) is located on the lower right corner of your phone’s keypad.
- Enter 724 on the phone’s keypad, followed
by the pound key.
- Enter your Social Security number followed
by the pound key.
FASTBanking will say, “Please enter your
four digit password followed
by the pound key, or, if this is your first
time calling, please enter the
last four digits of an account number,
followed by the pound key.”
- Enter the last four digits of an account
number and press pound.
- Follow the FASTBanking prompts to enter a
“password.”
This is a special code that further
identifies you to the system. It will be used during all future calls you
make to FASTBanking.
Creating Your Password
- Your password must have four digits, but
not the same four digits. For example, 4422
or 4442 are okay; 4444 is not okay.
- After entering your password, FASTBanking
will ask you to re-enter it. The password
you enter the second time must match the
first one.
Adding Accounts To link additional accounts to FASTBanking,
choose Option 4 and be ready to enter the
last four digits of the desires account number. That account will be added to the
list of accounts available to you.

FastBanking FAQ
Do I have to wait for the voice prompts to
finish before I enter the next response?
No. Just enter the Bank Access Code (and #),
your social Security number (and #), and your
password (and #) in that order to arrive
directly at account type voice menu.
When Can I use FASTBanking?
You can access FASTBanking 24 hours a day, seven
days a week!
