Customers may borrow money against their passbook savings or certificate of deposit accounts. The rate is just 2% higher than the rate being offered on the savings account. Customers save money by paying off their high interest credit card bills and personal loans. Borrow up to 90% of your savings or money market accounts and up to 80% of your certificate of deposit.
